Refund policy

At Boythatcreates, every artwork is thoughtfully handcrafted with precision, care, and attention to detail. Since our pieces are limited-edition and/or custom-designed, each order is created especially for you.

To maintain the uniqueness and quality of our artworks, we follow a strict no-return and no-exchange policy for all purchases.

In Case of Damage During Delivery :

We take great care in packaging every artwork securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to assist you with a replacement, subject to the following requirements:

• A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video is required to be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery. The video should clearly show the package from the moment it is opened and the condition of the product inside.
• The original product packaging and box must be safely retained and returned to us if a replacement is approved.
• Unfortunately, we will not be able to process a replacement if the original packaging or box is missing or has been discarded.
• Replacement requests that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for approval.
